Research On Quality Control Of Construction Xuanwu Road In WeiFang

In recent years, as our country becoming increasingly strong, the economy and society develop uninterruptedly. The number and scale of municipal road construction projects is larger and larger. The quality of municipal road project reflects not only the city’s appearance and the image of government, but also closely related to the national economic sustained and rapid development and people’s lives and property safety. At present, municipal road construction technology, technical level and management level have certain progress, but as the municipal road construction itself has some particularity, the complexity of the municipal road construction and the difficulty of quality control are increased. Viewing from the present situation of city roads, some common quality faults and quality problems can not be ignored, and the municipal road construction quality management needs to strengthen.As an essential city construction project of Weifang. the quality of Weifang Xuanwu Street construction is particularly important, consequently, the quality control management of this project has typical significance.This article, starting from the municipal construction characteristics, based on the current problems of municipal road construction project quality control, analyses the4M1E factors which impact municipal road construction project quality control. The quality control method of municipal construction project’s entire progress is studied as well, taking Xuanwu Street project as an example of quality control. This article tries to achieve the integration of theory with practice, combining with the characteristics of this project. And it elaborates how to solve problems in quality control management in the project implementation process, to provide support for the completion of the project. With the project quality control theory applying to this project, this article aims at making the project quality control management more scientific and systematic, thus reserves experience of the future management of municipal road projects for the construction companys.
