Game theory is a reasonable way for analyzing conflicts, especially Metagame, conflict analysis and confrontation analysis which are proved to have advantages in dispute resolutions. However, these theories are all based on the assumption of rational person and it is proved that the rational assumption needs to be improved in the following points.1) People are assumed to be self-interested and altruism is ignored. Even it doesn’t eliminate the altruistic behavior, but it actually doesn’t take behavior of Lose-Win into consideration.2) People are supposed to be dispassionate without emotions, and the preferences of people keep no changing. Obviously it’s not true in reality.3) It presumes that people have complete information and accurate decision-making ability, but the rationality of people is bounded in real life.In view of the above limitations, this paper proposed a preference correction model based on the comparative psychology, which meant that people invariably compared himself with other one and then changed his preference. So firstly, with the theory of Conflict Analysis as background, this paper analyzed the limitations of Conflict Analysis and built the improved model. When player determined his preference, he might compare his preference of this scenario with other one’s, this paper put forward a static preference correction model. While the scenario is changing, player might compare his preference difference caused by scenarios’ changing with other one’s, and then a dynamic preference correction model was built to interpret. With the static model and the dynamitic model, this paper could explain the preference changing aroused by unfairness.Secondly, this preference correction model was applied in improving Confrontation Analysis theory. After improving the analysis of dilemmas, it was creative to eliminate the dilemmas according to the correction model. Finally, the preference correction model was tested by being applied in a real case of demolition dispute. This case was studied by traditional Conflict Analysis and improved Conflict Analysis respectively, and the results of two methods were analyzed comparatively.
