| The extremely large engineering project has huge investment scale,numerous decision-making subjects and long investment cycle.Its project development has a complex and far-reaching impact on specific regions and even the whole society.Because of its diversified related subject composition,uncertain background environment and extremely complex project value evaluation,the project decision-making problem of extremely large projects can be summarized as a complex game decisionmaking problem of multi-agent and multi preference set.Under the project decision-making system,there are many disputes and cognitive differences in the decision-making process of mega projects.Extreme cognitive differences and multi-dimensional preference sets jointly affect the decision-making process and results,resulting in disputes that are very easy to ferment into social conflicts,and may eventually cause serious economic losses and far-reaching negative effects.In the realistic environment with huge differences in interest demands,the extremely controversial decision-making problem of super large engineering projects can be understood as the result of multi-dimensional preference game in which the strategic beliefs of project subjects interact,and it is an interactive decision-making process of related subjects under multiple complex value objectives.The extreme dispute decision-making problem of the project is that the decision-makers of the project show great differences in the strategic choices of the project decision-making results,which leads to difficulties in the development,construction and operation of the project,and even leads to the extreme game decision-making results of multipolar differentiation.In view of this,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of various behavior preferences on the decisionmaking process and equilibrium results of extreme disputes of the project from the perspective of multidimensional preferences of the related subjects of the project game,in order to provide a logical and more effective analysis perspective and decision-making basis for the resolution of extreme disputes of mega projects.Based on the multi-dimensional preference perspective,this paper analyzes the psychological evolution of the related subjects of project decision-making and the interactive equilibrium results of their beliefs and strategies under the background of mega projects.By using the game decision-making theory and other related theories,the game mechanism analysis,decision-making model construction,evolutionary simulation and game experiment verification are carried out to deeply analyze the extremely controversial decision-making problems of super large engineering projects.Through experimental verification and descriptive analysis of real cases,the conclusion of the theoretical model is explained,verified and demonstrated,which provides a theoretical basis and decisionmaking reference for effectively resolving extreme disputes of large-scale engineering projects.The main contents of the research are as follows:Aiming at the multi-dimensional influence mechanism of the decisionmaking subject of the super large project,this paper constructs a multidimensional preference set extreme dispute decision-making model of the super large project,deduces its equilibrium results,and analyzes its equilibrium characteristics.Analyze and simulate the strategic belief interaction of the project subjects in the decision-making process,as well as the possible extreme decision-making strategies and extreme decisionmaking results.Among them,extreme decision-making strategy refers to the different strategy choices when the parties to the game face disputes,and extreme decision-making results refer to the decision-making results that have adverse effects on the project construction and operation and social,economic and ecological development.In the process of solving the evolutionary game model,through evolutionary simulation and numerical simulation derivation,the game characteristics in different stages,game scenarios,equilibrium characteristics and evolutionary stable equilibrium conditions of various extreme dispute decisions are analyzed.It is found that in the complex and uncertain environment of multiagent group decision-making and high-tech requirements,the heterogeneity of decision-makers’ behavioral preferences is very easy to produce highly different decision-making results.According to the equilibrium logic of behavioral game,under specific game conditions and environments,the engineering project decision-making game generated by the interaction of extremely different preference sets among the project decision makers of super large engineering projects leads to extreme controversial decision-making problems with different actual performance characteristics.Extremes can be seen as the characteristics of payment structure and equilibrium results,while disputes are the results and states of game decision-making.The transcendental beliefs and posterior judgments of the government and the project builder,the endowment effect of the public and the multidimensional preference set of the game related subjects all lead to the payment value structure and equilibrium results of extreme differences,which are the essential reasons for the formation of extreme controversial decisions.And by analyzing the game characteristics and evolution path of the policy-belief interaction equilibrium of decisionmaking subjects,it is concluded that the strategic choices and decisionmaking results of the associated subjects of super-large engineering projects will be affected by multi-dimensional preference sets.In addition,the greater the incentives and punishments of the government,the more stable the optimal equilibrium solution;the higher the fair preference of the project construction party,the easier it is to achieve the optimal equilibrium;the lower the loss aversion preference of the three game parties,the easier it is to achieve the optimal equilibrium solution.The main contributions of this paper are as follows: first,from the perspective of multi-dimensional preference game,this paper analyzes the game formation mechanism of extreme dispute decision-making problems and the heterogeneous preference set characteristics of decision-makers under the background of mega projects,so as to provide project decision makers with a more scientific and rational game perspective to understand,deal with and resolve extreme dispute problems.Second,build and analyze the decision-making model and evolutionary game model of multi-agent and multi-dimensional preference set for extreme dispute decision-making of large-scale engineering projects.Through model deduction,solution and simulation,this paper analyzes the psychological threshold boundary evolution and belief strategy interaction equilibrium analysis of the government,project construction and social public related decisionmaking subjects.Under the influence of multi-dimensional preferences,the game equilibrium characteristics and stability conditions under different extreme dispute scenarios are obtained.Thirdly,by solving the equilibrium and stability conditions and characteristics of the optimal strategy combination,this paper puts forward the cognition and belief transformation of the extreme behavior of the project decision-makers,the construction and improvement of the project decision support tool platform,and the improvement and creation of the project multi-dimensional value creation mechanism and reward and punishment mechanism one by one,which is in line with the game decision logic and the most appropriate reflection of the effective path to resolve extreme disputes. |
