Safety productions have been the basis and premise equipment in power grid. If not properly managed or negligence. faults will be happened easily. In order to prevent the man-made accidents and major equipment accidents, the electrical equipment five-proof is the key to safety operations. While the traditional error lockout prevention, such as mechanical locking, electric lock etc. can’t meet the requirements of rapid development of power grid.This paper describes in detail of the traditional anti-lock, discuss the applications and common problems. In order to obtain high performance, the microcomputer five-proof system will be accepted. In this paper, the actual situation and application case of microcomputer five-proof system are given enough attentions. Based on HaiTian110kV substation, the author has studied the demands and designed major function modules. The principle of "five againstis introduced, then we make concerns on microcomputer five-proof system and its lock system. Modules of hardware and software are introduced immediately. As well as over all system core, safety control strategy can meet the demands of power grid. Combined with the actual situation of the station of HaiTian, This paper discusses the control system hardware, software configuration and functions of the system, after the transformation of the system the functions, stability, reliability become better.Because in the transformation process the original latching means cause damage, and the new transformation part will loss the interlocking function. We set up a set of independent microcomputer five prevention system and write complete independence of the interlocking logic, to ensure the transformation which does not occur during a certain interval or a device without atresia operation situation.
