As a result of commercializationã€industrialization and urbanization, meanwhile adaptingto the needs of the development of social production and people’s life, Super-high rise riseshere and there. In the field of Super-high rise, Steel Structure is widely used, with theapparent advantages of higher strength and production industrialization level and moreconvenient construction. However, it no doubt requires more advanced constructiontechnology for the sake of its physical characteristics of large weight and bulk and long spanand high height and precision of installation. Therefore the study and adaption of thetechnique of large structure installation in Super-high rise is realistically meaningful to theproceeding of our country’s modernization.The technique of integral lifting with concentrated hydraulic jack, which developedgradually in construction industry in recent years, just adapts to the need. It mainly adoptsthe methods of the steel strand hanging weight, integral lifting concentrated hydraulic jacksand computer controlling synchronization. On the base of study and research of the systemcompositionã€function and operating principle of the technique, this paper emphasizes ondeeper analysis of several key points of integral lifting of Large Span Steel Truss asfollowing:1the author makes further discussion to the fix of lift position and reinforcement,and puts forard some basic principles of fixing lift position and measures of reinforcing loadbearing when it is not enough.2Research on how to simulate the integral lifting by computer,verifying and analyzing the supporting structureã€stress and deformation of the lifting part,ensuring the feasibility and scientificity of the lifting plan.3systematic research on themornitoring and controlling technique of internal force and deformation of the supportingstructure and lifting part in the progress of integral lifting in order to keep abrest importantdynamic information of the lifting progress at any time.4In order to construct conveniently,some problems of the steel truss assemble on the ground, for example, subsection and archcamber of steel truss, have been discussed.5Study on the lifting pointsã€synchronizationcontrol of the movement of the oil cylinder, to avoid the appearance of risks including changein load-carrying capability〠overload of raiser and unbearable stress and deformation of localparts for the sake of desynchrony.As a conclusion, this paper introduces a concrete application of the technique of integrallifting in the station of the Financial City of Guangzhou Metro, where the overhanging steelstructure shell is integral lifted. The success of this case provided useful experience and engineering practice of the application of the technique of integral lifting with concentratedhydraulic jack in the operating condition of huge sizeã€super-high rise and asymmetriclifting points or load-carrying capability, further validated the feasibility of the applicationof the technique of integral lifting with concentrated hydraulic jack. |
