With the rapid develop me nt of Chinese society and econo my, urba nizatio n ofcountry and advocacy to bala nce urban and rura l deve lop me nt and susta inab ledevelop me nt, the peop le put forward higher req uests to the infrastructureconstructio ns in the s ma ll towns. For the mo me nt, the econo mic capability o f thesma ll towns in Dongting Lake is so weak, the deve lop me nt of community is at a slowpace, the hab itatio n is turning execrably and the overexp lo ita tion res ults in theeco logica l deterioratio n o f Dongt ing Lake.In this cond itio n, that how to constructthe infras tructure constructio n of Do ngting Lake will a ffect the deve lop ment ofsociety and eco no my in the Dongting Lake Area and a lso co ncerns the protectio n o fenvironment there. At the beginning, the pe nma n exp la ins the co nceptions, and the n researchesthe conceptio ns and theor ies on “infrastructure spatia l la yout”. The penma n a lsolearns the co nstruction e xperience o f infrastructura l fac ilities ho me a nd abroad, researches the population, econo my and spatia l layo ut of settle me nt a nd ana lyses thepresent s ituation of country deve lop me nt and infrastructura l fac ilities cons tructio n.Moreover, the penma n s ums up the characteristics and prob le ms o f spatia l la yout o nthe course o f ana lyzing the influe nce factors. Fina lly, the penma n puts forward theoptimize strategy which conta ined the spatia l la yout mode l, the low-cost andecological infrastructure and realization mechanism. In this thes is, the penma n wants to track out the regiona l tec hno lo gy strate giesby researching the “infrastructure constructio n spatia l layo ut” in Dongting LakeArea. Meanwhile, the penman hopes the thes is turns to be a bene fic ia l exp lore onimpro ving the enviro nme nt and optimizing the trad itio na l infras tructure constructio n,and can offer theoretical reference to interrelated research.
