The Feasibility Study On Transformation Of The Old Houses For The Old People In Changsha’ Community

Through field research,collected and reviewed,the author analyzed and summarized information on the latest data,also concerned about the recent "Twelve Five" of National Two Meetings in our aging and the elderly of home care issues.Focus on the elderly living conditions of the existing old housing problem,and the aging profile of Changsha.Because of its rapid develoment and increasing problem of the elderly living,the government and society have given attention to it.In the mainland of China,"the transformation for the old" status quo of the implementation of case notes in Shanghai, Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other developed urban areas, research reports and papers,and the transformation of the relevant principles and measures.For developed coutries,"old houses of appropriate transformation for the olds" policy, transformation techniquesand construction technologies are quite mature and advanced. This example also study and learn from their advanced ideas and experience.The object of "appropriate transformation for the olds" is the elderly,and the aim is creating an appropriate enviroment for home care. From the old physical, psychological and behavioral aspects, the author studied a variety of barrier free design requirements of the elderly, and based on domestic and international aspects of the senior citizen housing desian and caes experience, while focusing on the adaptability of the eldrtly housing design application of relevant theories.Within the second ring of Changsha city the20th century80-90community built multi-storey old houses, through the research and field research approach, the quthor focused on the city’s old residential community, and analysised the elderly living on the status of these communities and housing problems of th inductive, and also discussed old residential commumity of "appropriate trasformation of the old nature" the prospect of "appropriate trasformationg of the old nature" of the architectural design and technical feasibility of the program.
