With the microprocessor technology, power electronics technology, controltechnology and motor manufacturing technology development,AC drive system isused more and more widely.Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) not onlyhas the advantages of small volume, simple structure, high efficiency, goodperformance,but also it has superior performance at low speed.Also it can reach speedcontrol by the weak magnetic.It is widely used in CNC machine tools, industrialrobots, packaging machinery, printing machinery and other industrial productionareas.In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive by a detailedstudy of the design, the main research contents:First,this paper analyzes the research background and significance,the structureand characteristics of the AC servo system development in the world with trends andpermanent magnet synchronous motor.The establishment of permanent magnetsynchronous motor (PMSM) mathematical model,study on the magnetic fieldoriented vector control and the basic principles of space vector pulse widthmodulation (SVPWM) control algorithm.Weakening control algorithm is based oni d=0, given the current loop, velocity loop and position loop, three closed-loopcontrol strategy, which provide a theoretical foundation for the drive system hardwareand software design.Then,with17.3KW AC permanent magnet synchronous motor as controlobject,with the production company TI TMS320F2812DSP chip as controlcore,intelligent power module (IPM) for the power converter, supplemented by othercorresponding peripheral circuit,design a set of double closed-loop servo controlsystem.The hardware design part,given the overall design scheme of the hardware, themain circuit, control circuit, and an auxiliary power supply circuit design, circuitprinciple, circuit device selection and parameter calculation and other aspects indetail.In the part of software design,given the drive system structure diagram ofsoftware design, analyzes the function of each module to achieve.Taking CCS3.1assystem software design and development environment for the initialization procedure,the core program control portion of the system is described in detail and given thesoftware flow chart. Last,through prototype testing,given the AC drive system overall performancetest results,and make the analysis,verified the rationality and feasibility of this design.
