Under the double pressure of air quality deterioration and theshortage of petroleum resources, in order to reduce the energyconsumption and emission of city bus, the development of new city buswith low emission and fuel consumption become the urgent task ofautomobile industry. Today, many countries have done a lot of researchwork about HEV city bus, and have achieved great progress. The thesis is based on the traditional bus ANYUAN PK6890HHusing in K15road Jinhua city, Zhejiang Province. On the basis ofthorough analysis at home and abroad of the hybrid cars’ characteristics, situation and development, it is improved to be new type PK6890HEVSHEV city bus, without sacrificing the dynamic, and realizing the designobject to improve the fuel economy and decreasing the emissions. Themain research work and innovation points are as follows:(1) For the purpose of SHEV control system development, setting upAnYuan PK6890HEV type hybrid city bus power system and the thermostat+power follow control strategy. It is the theoreticalfoundation for power system development.(2) The soft of ADVISOR2002is deeply analyzed, based on theconfiguration and control stratedy of the PK6890HEV, the parametersource file of the power system is designed in ADVISOR2002.(3) According to the matching principle of SHEV powertransmission system parameters, completed including engine, motor, generator, the battery, the transmission and the component such as gearreducer of the power train design methods for SHEV bus, and laid a goodtechnical basis for the realization of the fuel economy for the SHEV bus.The power system of PK6890HEV has been designed。(4) Simulating the new matching city bus power system componentsparameters and control parameters use the new simulation softwareADVISOR2002, to test PK6890HEV power system componentsreasonable matching.
