Elevator is a kind of the inseparable transport for us in our daily lives,belongs to a class of special equipment.Although the work of testing elevator is always strict in our country,elevator accident often occurs.The elevator control cabinet is the core of the electrical system of the elevator,the security and stability for the elevator's normal operation is crucial.Therefore,this paper research the control cabinet diagnostic system.This paper first introduces the various of detection system of control cabinets of the domestic and foreign manufacturers,for the inadequate of the manufacturers,the paper use a control cabinet detection system solutions using LPC1766-based chip production to make an elevator control cabinet test board,the test board can get a variety of signals of the control cabinet,while passing the data to the computer?The PC interface is developed by delphi 7 and mainly detected the control cabinet line and function,.Detection can be divided into manual detection and automatic detection.The elevator control cabinet circuit and function are very complex,and once it fail to operate,it is often difficult to detect where the specific failure occurred,for the problem of fault diagnosis,the paper proposes a method of combining with the expert systems,fault tree and Petri nets diagnostic to detect the control cabinet fault.The expert systems require to match the knowledge in the knowledge base to draw opposite conclusions,not only takes a long time,also its conclusions are often inaccurate.For the elevator control cabinet line fault diagnosis,using fault tree to build the expert system's knowledge model for the functional failure of the control cabinet,using Petri nets to build the expert system's knowledge model,thus greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of the expert system.After the completion of the entire system,the system had did a field test of the control cabinet and achieved good results.The experimental results show that:the system of can do a comprehensive detection for the control cabinet based the BP304 main control panel and for the common failure phenomenon,it is able to locate the fault position to help testers detect the elevator control cabinet.
