Make appropriate improvement, trying to make asmany as parts reach the service life of the whole machine through the analysis of parts, orachieve the whole machine life’s integer times. In addition, due to mechanical exist as aholistic, life exhausted of short life parts will cause out-of-tolerance and the overallmechanical life loss, so determining the maintenance time according to the short life partslife interval is very necessary to prolong the life of the grader. For long life parts, thedamage forms and summarize remanufacturing method is the key of study.
