With the rapid development of technology and information IoT technology,the manufacturing industry has ushered in the fourth industrial revolution dominated by intelligent manufacturing.Mass customization has become the main production method of moderm intelligent manufacturing.As a key technology for mass customization,rapid product design can effectively extract design rules,optimize allocation of design resources and reuse design knowledge to achieve rapid customization of products based on existing product examples,which is an effective way for manufacturing companies to improve their market competitiveness.This paper took the grader products as the research object,guided by the rapid design idea.Corresponding research has been done on the intelligent processing of demand information,product selection based on examples,product configuration design based on PLM platform,and rapid product variant design based on CAD secondary development.The specific contents were as follows:(1)For the uncertainty of customer demand in mass customization environment,the rationality discrimination model based on association rules,the semantic quantization processing model based on triangular fuzzy numbers and the redundant information reduction based on principal component analysis were constructed respectively.The models have realized the intelligent identification and processing of customer demand information.(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional instance retrieval method applied to the actual problem of grader,the user group classification model based on matter-element theory,the weight value assignment model based on analytic hierarchy process and the similarity quadratic test based on cosine value were constructed respectively.The ω-NN+CS product instance retrieval method was proposed.Theω-NN+CS product instance retrieval method was also verified by combining the grader product instance library.(3)In the aspect of product configuration design,the GBOM-based grader product configuration method was constructed;the Yingtai PLM system was used as the product configuration platform,and the grader product family structure and module division were established;the PLM-based grader product configuration process was designed;the customer satisfaction evaluation model was established.(4)In the aspect of product variant design,based on the established customer requirements variant design parameter mapping model of the stepwise regression nonlinear algorithm,combined with the design rules of the grader product.By calling SolidWorks related API functions,VB.NET was used to establish a friendly human-computer interaction interface to realize rapid modeling of parameter-driven blade variants,standard parts and followers,and to realize rapid change design of grader products.Finally,based on the above research on the theory and methocd,this thesis has designed a rapid design platform for the grader products driven by customer demand,and carried out a custom design example verification.
