Summarizes the working principle of the temperature sensor,through themulti-function expanding board,the temperature sensor is embedded to the MX231node carrying Zigbee wireless transmission modules,MX231and PC serial portconnect together, sending the collected temperature data to the PC,and the PC gets theserial data to resolve a real physical meaning of the data,do statistics and screening forthe existing data,then get the average value of the temperature data of the monitoringperiod.Through accessing the indoor transmission line insulation materials aging test dataand the Arrhenius equation, establish the aging time of the material model,put theexperiment measured transmission line insulation temperature into the modelsestablished,getting the aging time of the material under the temperature of thematerial, puts forward the method of reducing error. At the end of the paper part,points out the experimental limitations and can improve the link, also explain thistopic in the further development of the future direction.
