Torque information in rotating machinery, such as drilling machine, is the importantfactor of access to identify operating condition information, but drilling equipmentunder the condition of high speed project has much factors, and the acquisition ofdrilling factor is difficult, if they can be detected accurately, in time and securely ofthe average or instantaneous torque value of drilling equipment.it will be an importantreference value to product development process of testing, quality assurance, safetyupgrade and optimization design. therefore, to ensure the integrity and accuracy ofmonitoring information, enhance the anti-interference ability of the detectionequipment, is of great significance.SCADA is a kind of distributed control system with high concentration and highscalability performance advantages, it has been employed in the fields, for the largedrilling mechicaem, the real-time monitoring of working conditions of interface editorand monitoring completely using configuration software, to design and edit out thedrill work monitoring and control system, to meet various basic function of themonitoring system, has a certain meaning,it can save money for team to purchasemonitoring software.For drilling equipment, the polar climate conditions,such as the low temperature,the abnormal magnetic field interference brought the environmental factors allowingto cannot to ignore, so in view of the strong mechanical vibration, the low temperatureand the allowing measurement space under extreme conditions, this paper in view ofthe polar climate condition and the drill spindle of grate torque measurement system,provides the solution of the problem with the new measuring means and methods.This article mainly do the work from the following several aspects of the project:1) For the polar drilling rig equipment structure analysis and the grate sensortechnology research,the paper mainly design the real-time torque sensor for test rigequipment, and expounds the sensor structure characteristics and working principle.Through the selection of related parameters and the analysis on the mathematicalrelationship of the parameters, the paper completed the argumentation of the test plan. 2) Through Drill spindle for mathematical modeling analysis, the paper analyzes themathematical relationship between the torque and torsional Angle, to providetheoretical support for overall plan of design, through the configuration software ofthe analysis of the structure and performance, real-time data of the testing for torquehas been designed and the author also edited the real-time monitoring system.3) Based on the test scheme of the test parameters selected of sensor, the torquemeasuring system design has completed,and the part of hardware circuit and softwaredesign of each part and the hardware circuit of simulation work has been achieved.4) In the lab, the module circuit experimental verification of the testing system hasbeen completed, and the feasibility and the accuracy of the measurement system hasbeen standardization.
