Ltd., and consumes a longer time.In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the Current model car production process in the CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co. Ltd. Are carried out, which includes various kinds of data as well as the current actual operation of the project, the consultation of the relevant staffs of the manufacturing process and the comprehensions of the actual manufacturing inefficiencies event. The suggestions for improvement are solicited, the problems are summarised ultimately, the process reengineering method and the coordination theory are applied to get the final solutions.Through the objective research, the R&D and manufacturing process of the model car is shortened from the usual105days to75days, which is shortened about a month and precious time for the subsequent approved production are obtained.
