Greenway planning and urban ecological network building are not only the important content of ecological city construction and urban forest ecological network system but also the necessary means and effective way of urban ecological garden construction and ecological green space system, and can effectively curb the city sprawl, protect ecological environment natural scenery, historical relics and places along the landscape..This paper takes Dangjia area and Old Town Area in Jinan City as the research objects, with RS and GIS technology for support, by using2011SPOT image as the main data source, through remote sensing, geographic information databases, so as to determine the type and function of city green way. Besides, the paper uses Delphi expert evaluation method to evaluate the comprehensive efficiency of the two areas, chooses the best connection path and landscape nodes to build urban greenway gravity model, and proposes greenway planning and ecological network construction of Jinan CityThe results show:1.Study on the planning of urban greenway of Jinan City(1) establishing of the geographic information database Conclusion by remote sensing:In Dangjia area, the number of production green plaque is great in number, large in area, high in fragmentation degree, lack of park green land patches with less connection path and poor connection degree. The construction form of greenway is a natural ecotype slow lane with strong connectivity.In Old Town Area, the number of park green space plaque is great in number, large in area, uniform in distribution, rich in historical and cultural relics, and lack of slow lane with recreational sex connection path and green way of city recreation for the protection of historical culture.(2) urban green integrated performance evaluationIn Dangjia area, the best landscape nodes with comprehensive index of>1.50are as follows:Yufuhe, National Highway104Node, Laohudong Sanwangzhai Dawangzhai, Dongdong Mosque, district public service center; the best connection path with comprehensive index of>2.00is Yufuhe and National Highway104.In Old Town Area, the best landscape nodes with comprehensive index of>2.50are as follows:Baotu Spring Park, Daming Lake Park, Qianfu Park, Quancheng Square, Heihu Spring section of Huanchenghe Park, Wulongtan Park, Furongjie-Qushuiting historical and cultural blocks, and Quancheng Road Commercial Block. The best landscape nodes with comprehensive index of>2.00are as follows:Huanchenghe River, Darning Road, Jingshi Road, and Quancheng Road.(3) the construction of city green way gravity modelIn Dangjia area, the best corridor with gravity index of>5.00are:Yufuhe-Area public center, Area public center-Jinan No.3Middle School, and Dongdong Mosque-Laohu Hole.In Old Town Area, the best corridor with gravity index of>5.00are::Baotu Spring-Wulongtan Park, Baotu Spring-Quancheng Square Park, Baotu Spring Park-Quancheng Road Commercial Street, Wulongtan Park-Quancheng Square, Wulongtan Park-Quancheng Road Commercial Street, Wulongtan Park-Darning Lake Park, Quancheng Square-Quancheng Road Commercial Street, Quancheng Square-Heihu Spring Park, Quancheng Road Commercial Street-Heihu Spring Park.2.The building of jinan urban greenway planning and ecological networkThe urban green road layouts in in Dangjia area and Old Town Area are respectively "one vertical, one ring, one branch" and "one Lord and one ring". Jinan urban green ecological network are built into a "five main vertical crosses (3horizontal lines,2bar lines), three cables, four feeder articles, one buffer".
