Based on the characteristics of the product development process such as:integration, complexity, dynamic and distribution, etc. and structural characteristicsand evolution law of product development process used complex network theory, analgorithm about the developing product process of generating network model duringis proposed in the paper, the dynamic evaluation model is built along with modelaugmentation taking consideration of dynamic evaluation of inner point and boundary,the distribution characteristics of network density is derived according tocharacteristic theory. A simulation is performed based on evolution rules, the changeof intensity and angle distribution is analyzed under the control of parameters ofevolution rules, and parameters of topological characteristics are analyzed at the sametime, this network is qualified for characteristics of scale-free networks throughcontrast with the parameters of network characteristics of scale-free networks.Based on complex network theory, robustness of complicated procession productresearched globally is a new perspective. The network system model of developingproduct process is defined and constructed on the basis of enterprise relationshipamong task-resource-service, robustness target of process of developing product isproposed and several influencing factors and the two ways of network failure ofnetwork robustness are analyzed. The repairing model is built according to twoprimary failure models of network resource nodes: random failure and deliberatefailure, and three kinds of reparation strategies: even reparation, reparations accordingto degree and intensity separately on the basis of it.Based on building the network of product development process, efficiency andapplicability of three kinds of reparation strategies are analyzed by simulation underdifferent attack strategies. According to the experimental results: the even reparationis significant under random failure situation; and the preference reparation is better under deliberate failure situation. Take the product development process networksystem model of real transformer as an example, topological characteristics of this netare analyzed, and it is fragile under deliberate failure situation.According to the two indicators of robustness, robustness of the net is betterunder random failure situation. Simulations are distinctly performed according tothree kinds of reparation strategies, the result show that: the even reparation issignificant under random failure situation; and the preference reparation is betterunder deliberate failure situation, which is consistent with the theory simulation result.At last the paper is concluded, several valuable research directions are proposed andideas for further research are provided.
