Research On Complex Product’s Development Process Based On Technology Maturity

The development of complex products usually involves multiple disciplines and fields,longer development cycle,demands abundant capital,so how to make the development process maintain high efficiency,low cost,low risk become a meaningful study.This paper taking aviation product as an example,by analyzing the characteristics of aviation product development,design a set of process to ensure the development efficiency and control risk,provide a new idea for the development of complex products.The existing complex product development mode take the digital technology and parallel collaborative as the main body,process control through the maturity of distributed product data from development process levels.This mode do not take the maturity of technology into account,and there is a great risk because of technology far from maturity.Based on these things,the main work and innovation are as follows:(1)Consider about the risk in development of complex products due to immature technology,proposed the concept “Technology Readiness” to describe state of technology maturity,determine the Technology Readiness Level(TRL)by using Technology Readiness Assessment(TRA),and determine the risk of product development on the basis of TRL.A new critical technical element identification method in TRA process is proposed which is based on rough set theory and information entropy theory,overcome the deficiencies of traditional CTE identification method which relies on expert experience greatly,requires prior knowledge,shorten TRA work cycle,expanding the technology readiness applicable range.(2)Application technology readiness into development of complex products,presented a collaborative development process for complex product based on technology readiness.Current complex product development haven’t using maturity concept to control developing risk,some product merely using product data maturity to control development process;this paper going to expand technology readiness application range and application it into complex products development,design development active based on corresponding TRL.(3)Design a technology readiness assessment management software of aviation product development.Through the software to achieve the functions of the whole process about TRA,process control based on technological maturity development process.
