The Design And Realization Of Transformer Terminal Unit Based On ATT7022E

Distribution transformer is the essential equipment in the power system, because of, the large number of transformers distributed over a wide area in power electric systems, the running state monitoring and real-time analysis for distribution transformer, which has important implications for power distribution network running with safety, efficiency and reliability. This paper work out a designing scheme of transformer terminal unit based on ATT7022E, which according to relevant standard and market requirement about distribution transformer.Firstly, the distribution automation is outlined, the role of distribution transformer in distribution automation system is analyzed, and the development general situation of transformer terminal unit is described. The viable solutions are proposed immediately according to the system’s requirement analysis, and the design based on C8051F120and ATT7022E is decided by comparing different solutions. Then, the system hardware circuits design and software design are illustrated detaily. Finally, the conclusion is presented.The transformer terminal unit is developed in this paper by using a high-accuracy, low power, multifunctional, three-phase energy metering IC ATT7022E, it realizes the measurement and control function as expected, and simplifies the hardware and software design, enhances the measurement accuracy, reduces the power consumption, it fully meets the needs of distribution system.
