| The urban traffic microcirculation is an organic synthesis coordinating the regional economy, culture, transportation and living which making full use of access streets. Its function includes easing traffic congestion, improving traffic efficiency, perfecting pedestrian traffic, etc. The term of "Traffic Microcirculation" formally proposed in China for the first time was in Beijing in2005. And then traffic microcirculation was promoted as an effective means to ease traffic congestion. However, the following research and practice pay less attention to the pedestrian traffic and environment of regional which implemented traffic microcirculation. In order to taking into account of the internal transport and cross-border traffic, motor vehicle travel demand and other modes of transportation travel demand, as long as environmental protection, this paper discusses the theory and methods of the urban traffic microcirculation network optimization based on the sustainable development.The research of traffic microcirculations is a shorter course in China, thus there has not yet formed a unified theory and results. Therefore, the paper firstly analyzed the connotation of traffic microcirculation, combed its concept, purpose, relationship with related theory, and illustrated its necessity and limitations.Secondly, this paper classified roads into two categories with three sub-categories considering the road function and physical characteristics. Based on the classification, the traffic microcirculation system optimization methods was analysis from traffic organization and traffic design.Then, this paper built the bi-level programming model of traffic microcirculation mixed network design optimization. The objectives of the upper model are minimizing traffic pollution of implemented regional and maximizing traffic efficiency of surrounding arterial roads. The constraints of the upper model are road construction and reconstruction scheme, investment costs, capacity and road saturation of access streets. The lower is dual-constrained combination model of trip distribution and traffic assignment. This model can work out optimal decision of road construction or reconstruction, as well as the road network with flow data under the optimal solution.Finally, the paper designed the algorithm and steps of solving the model referring to the theory of Genetic Algorithm. A numerical example is constructed based on the link data of the actual survey. |
