| While economic development has brought about improvements in people’s lives,it also sets higher demands on traffic travels.In addition to the common prevalence of traffic jams in major cities,medium and small-sized cities are also beginning to show signs of congestion.In the past,the road construction “Heavy trunk road,light slip road” model of all cities is far from meeting people’s travel demands.Urban traffic microcirculation makes full use of the branch network to form a large number of vehicle diversion routes and becomes one of the effective ways to alleviate traffic congestion.Therefore,it’s very necessaryto study traffic microcirculation.In order to further understand the urban traffic microcirculation system,this article first collects and summarizes the relevant studies of domestic and foreign scholars extensively.Then the basic principles of urban traffic microcirculation systemand classification under different standards are further elaborated.The prerequisites for setting up the microcirculation system are put forward,and the functional characteristics and traffic characteristics are explained in detail.Secondly,a road network optimization method based on urban traffic microcir-culation theory is proposed.Through fuzzy-absoluted evaluation,AHP is combined with fuzzy matrix toclarify the congestion nodes and road sections in the road network.Then by using them as the optimized object,the microcirculation paths are searchedand the optimization and reconstruction plan of the microcirculation roadway is determined.At the same time,it studies the supporting organization and management measures in traffic microcirculation.Then,this article proposes an evaluation method of urban road network based on traffic microcirculation theory and an evaluation system is built.The system selects the evaluation index from the overall layout of the road network and the microscopic operation of the road network,and explains the indicators one by one.Through the evaluation of the program,it can provide scientific guidance for the construction of traffic microcirculation.Finally,taking the central area of Chenzhou City in Hunan Province as an example,where the theoretical method proposed in this paper is appliedand a better implementation result is obtained.Through the application of urban road network optimization and evaluationmethod based on traffic microcirculation theory,traffic congestion can be effectively alleviated. |
