Study On Operation Organization Optimization Of Yard Truck At The Container Terminal

Container transport has been flourishing with the rapid reform and opening up, due to the continual economy growth, as well as the driving force from different industries. The container transport, a technology-intensive industry, has overcome the drawbacks of other traditional transport modes, namely, by means of container, it cooperates well with special handling equipment, which is also speedy, efficient, and in good service. Commodity exchanges,between the different regions, will become more frequent in the future, therefore, the demand for transportation will continue to increase, which will provide opportunities for the development of container transport.As the key node in the container transport, The container terminal has been the essential ingredients of circulation process. When faced with the brutal and fierce market competition, only by taking great advantage of the handling and transportation equipment to improve the handling efficiency, collection and distribution capacity will the container terminal meet the needs of the development of container transport, improve the economic and social benefits nearby. At present, in terms of container terminal in our country, many scholars have been committed to the studies of organizations optimization of handling and transportation equipments. While, the container truck, the most important horizontal transport equipment, it is characterized by acceptable flexibility, large configuration, and organization complexity, therefore, in terms of scientific and rational organization of truck in the container terminal, it matters not only to efficiency of the Loading&unloading bridge and gantry crane, but also to the overall progress and efficiency.Based on the summaries of the previous studies and efficient research, in view of the container terminal operating process, after a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of container truck operation organization, the author proposes some improvement measures, with the help of the operation organization optimization model, based on the actual production, combining the truck dispatching and the loading bridge and gantry crane operation, this thesis optimizes the path and configurated number of truck to make clear the optimized route, minimize the overall operation time and the number of configurated trucks, and verifies the validity and practicability of applied theories, which guides the real operation greatly and matters greatly.
