In recent years, with the development of science and technology and military equipment and technology, the UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is not only widely used in the military field, and the application is also increasing, in the civilian fields such as:land resource survey, disaster relief, forest fire monitoring, environment monitoring and so on have used the UAV and its transmission technology. The UAV is applied more and more widely, also makes the UAV launch technology constantly updated, development of UAV catapult model becomes more and more important. This paper is about a kind of UAV catapult supplied by gas cylinder.Based on the investigation of the development status of UAV catapult at home and abroad, analyzes the characteristics of the various catapult, specific work plan puts forward storage cylinders gas supply UAV catapult system. And the storage cylinders gas supply UAV catapult system as the research object, establishes a theoretical model of the system, according to the principles of classical physics and the resistance network mathematical model of the system is established. With the help of four order Runge-Kutta algorithm and MATLAB tools, the simulation model of the ejection process of the system was established. To verify the correctness of theoretical simulation model, the simulation model based on gas reservoir, gas UAV catapult system for a large number of simulations, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the dynamic performance of the system, and some useful conclusions are obtained.Research results show that, with the principle of classical physics of the system mathematical model is feasible; simulation models have been able to ejection state description system correctly. The ejection performance significantly influence factor is the gas cylinder inflation pressure, gas reservoir volume, ejection cylinder bore.(1) For large capacitive element, large inertia element storage cylinders gas supply UAV catapult system research, establish the mathematical model of the system, the system simulation is necessary. (2) The catapult performance increases with the gas cylinder pressure, cylinder volume, ejection cylinder bore.(3) The pneumatic system, effect of damping holes on the performance of the system significantly.
