The University Construction Engineering Bidding Problems Analysis And Countermeasures Research

Construction project bidding system is a kind of system to standardize the construction market competition,there are a wide range of use in our country,but there are also many non-standard aspects,which have an adverse effect on the bidding system.In this article,through understanding the bidding status and domestic colleges on the basis of the engineering bidding situation,combined with the construction project bidding work practice,find the Nanjing Normal College in the past,analyses the problems in the process of construction project bidding from the Angle of the tenderer,points out the reasons for their occurrence and harmfulness,and puts forward the measures to solve the problem.Research involves the following several aspects:(1)about the tenderer,including power management,standardization,and the judges and audit supervision,etc.;(2)about the procuratorial agency,including the selection of agents,management,and the agency itself;(3)bid engineering division,including the tenderer's subjective understanding and thiers actual control;(4)about bidding collusion,the behavior between the bidder and the tenderer,behavior between the bidder and the evaluation experts,behavior between bidders,the illegal bidding behavior.On the analysis of the above problems,find causes,and on the basis of its harmfulness,puts forward some measures and suggestions,from the government management department point of view,from improving tenderer business ability and standardizing the management point of view,to solve the mentioned problems,in order to further improve the bidding work.
