| There are a lot of problems in desinging and operating of the compressed natural gas (CNG)refueling stations,such as relying on experiences in selecting design parameters and the high comsputing in operating. This artical analysis the key equipments and the main parameters, finally conclude the main factors that affect the operating energy comspution,determine the configuration of CNG filling stations. The following aspects were studied:(1) By Investigating the data of gas vehicles and refilling capacity calculated the uneven number of refilling,concluded that the refilling is mainly affected by the numberã€the type of the refilling car and the local automotive policy, little affected by temperatureã€seasons and areas influences。For example,the refilling peak of the CNG filling station that serves the taxis is focus on the exchange of class time; the refilling of the CNG filling station that serves the bus is focus on bus operations daytime,the refilling is stable, no obvious peak time。By analysising the refilling law of CNG filling stations.could lay the foundation for the configuration of the CNG refueling stations.(2) By analysising the process and the key equipment of CNG refueling stations, dehydration units, compression system, gas storage devices and refilling device selection key Summary: dehydration device selection, with natural gas filling stationsdirectly related to the flow and pressure; during the compression system selection, on the basis of security-conscious, according to the scale of filling stations, combined with the laws of the filling stations to determine a reasonable displacement select the appropriate compression stages, according to the pressure; gas options, considering the investment area of the construction period, and the storage volume in the selection requires a combination of compressor selection and filling stations refilling law; in refilling device selection, aerated machinethe number depends on the number and the size of the storage volume in refilling car, and consider using smart dispenser from the perspective of optimization.(3) By analysising the power consumption of key equipment for CNG refueling station, obtained through the establishment of a mathematical expression model, the main factors affecting the energy consumption of filling stations (clearance volume, the intake and exhaust pressure, into the exhaust gas temperature, gas gas utilization, plus valve valve valve diameter), and by theoretical calculation has been the law of the above factors impact the energy consumption of the filling stations device, provides a theoretical basis for the filling stations of the key equipment of energy saving.(4) With the foundation of the actual CNG stations operating data,analysis the CNG refueling stations energy consumption through the theoretical analysis of the main factors (intake and exhaust pressure and intake and exhaust temperature) changes, and the theoretical results, comparative analysis of the instance data and calculation results consistent trends. Finally CNG stations often appear several parameters deviate from the running when the optimal parameters and to analyze the specific causes and proposed solutions. |
