With China economy booming, more and more store has been constructed, and this trend is sure to be maintained within long time. It's take the opportunity for construction company. The market is quite big, but the competition is intense, the store owner has to reduce the construction duration for new store as the reply for competition, the related total duration of turnkey project was reduced accordingly. For store electric turn key project, in order to achieve the project schedule objective as well as the margin target, it's very important for electric contractor to make the reasonable scheduling and schedule control.The thesis is closely combined with the company's requirement, take the store electric turnkey project as study object, after analyze the schedule pressure of such project, and descript the importance of the scheduling and schedule control for electric turnkey project, the scheduling and schedule control is set as study content. Based on the theoretical knowledge of schedule, use work breakdown structure and critical path method, to estimate the schedule for store electric turnkey project with the help by software Microsoft Project. The work breakdown structure and schedule especially for store electric turnkey project are developed. During implement, in order to achieve the project schedule objective as well as the cost target, use Gantt chart and earned value method, analyze current status compared to schedule; identify corrective actions accordingly etc. to control the project schedule. Then, the scheduling and schedule control model is establish for store electric turnkey project. After application to case, it's approved the good effort for scheduling and schedule control. It can be referenced for future related project.
