The Research Of The Visual Image Design On China’s Modern Exhibition

Chinese government has increasingly support the culture industry since the beginning of the reform and opening in1978, especially with the expansion of the foreign exchange. The cultural "soft power" in the process of national economic development plays a more and more important role. All kinds of cultural products trading platform has becoming more and more perfect. With the successful hosting of the28th Beijing Olympic Games in2008and the41th Shanghai World Expo in2010, China’s exhibition industry has been developed rapidly. In such a good interaction environment, the sale and the way been hold by our country’s large-scale exhibitions is integrating with the world progressively. So we urgently need to build "brand" exhibitions which have influential and national characteristics. This makes the visual image of the exhibition design to get the universal attention of the industry and even the whole society’s.This article from the standpoint of the visual image of the exhibition design, first of all, to giving a general outline of the concept of visual image design, characteristics and design principle. Secondly, the author analyed the modern exhibition industry and the present development situation of visual image design of the exhibition in our country. And pose a forward questions existing in the current exhibition. Then, through on-the-spot investigation, the authors summarized the feature of visual image in the4th Shandong Culture&creative Industries Fair. As well as analyzes the logo design, object-oriented design, the display of venues design in detail, brought the suggestion to deal with the problem in the Fair. Finally, forecasts the development trend of the exhibition.The author hopes that this article research on modern exhibition of visual image design to provide theoretical guidance and practice significance.
