As one of the most notable issues of the two sessions this year, urbanization isthe most important subject in the current government’s economic development path.It is not only a system engineering, but also a complex subject, problems caused bythe urbanization may need to be solved. For example in the process of the rapiddevelopment of urbanization in our country, the contradiction between supply anddemand of construction land is very outstanding. Among them, many counties, cities,especially small and medium-sized cities in the performance is more outstanding.BaiCheng County in aksu prefecture during1996-2010, built up area population isgrowing by30000to39900, increased by33%, and the proper amount ofconstruction land from1996to3.99km~2, growed to6.13km~2in2010, increased by53.63%. The growth rate of construction land is far more than the speed ofpopulation growth. Therefore, in the process of city’s rapid economic growth,actively carry out land evaluation practice and scientific research, to relievecontradiction of population and land, scientific and reasonable and efficient use ofland will play an increasingly important role.This paper relying on BaiCheng County overall urban planning (2010-2030)and2010-2020BaiCheng County general land use planning revision project, Countyscale based on the research on the premise of suitability evaluation theory andmethod of screening evaluation factors, setting up the evaluation index system, andthen carries on the various indicators of quantitative, from the natural, ecological,economic, and suitability analysis based on the restrictive factors, with the support ofGIS (related planning software), establishing database of spatial attribute databaseand evaluation, so as to the AHP method to determine index weight, use of GIStechnology are combined for the suitability analysis, and in the KqTools spaceweighted superposition method is used to determine the suitability of scores, andanalyze the evaluation results of the study area, delimit the suitability zoning, BaiCheng County pointed out the development direction of urban construction land,Meanwhile combined with the overall urban planning of construction land layoutarrangement, comparing the urban planning area suitability degree, for the deepeningof the sustainability of the overall urban planning implementation to provide somescientific reference and advice. |
