Require to improve the evaluation indicators and statistical methods of station evaluation of operational efficiency.In this paper, in view of the existing railway station operation efficiency evaluation of existing problems, analysis various objective factors influence the time of railway freight vehicle stay in station. Explicit the main contradiction, present the calculation method of how much objective factors can influence the time of railway freight vehicle stay in station, put forward the software function demand of evaluation station operation efficiency; in accordance with the requirements of software function, system architecture design, study how to combine the data by using the current railway dispatching information system, station vehicle management information system, railway train marshalling information system, railway freight invoice information system to realize data sharing, software database structure design; software using Delphi, Dreamweaver development, using Oracle data, implementation the railway station main work records, statistics, query, automatically calculating the time of railway freight vehicle stay in station, and calculate the influence by the quantity of work, work structure, using the windows message control railway car flow path calculation software to calculation car flow, making an interface program module, achieve plug-in interface using no interface program. on the basis, judge railway freight train marshalling quality by computer, and Calculate the of the influence for the time of railway freight vehicle stay in station by train marshalling. By testing, the software can be accurately and efficiently calculate the time of railway freight vehicle stay in station, statistical station operation capacity and change, judge the train marshalling is conforms to the planned or not, provide the station operation data query. After the trial, the software provides a reasonable and effective method for the station operation efficiency evaluation, the key assessment indicators, statistics and analysis, can improve the level of railway transportation organization, improve efficiency of railway transport.
