| According to the world situation, the energy system has changed. Thehigh-quality, clean and efficient natural gas has become a new energy engines ofhuman economic development. With the guideline of rational use of energy and thepolicy of energy saving, gas industry developed rapidly. People increasingly dependon natural gas, which aggravates operational tasks of the city gas network. At thesame time, it is a higher demand for the city gas network. Only when it develops, itcan meet the growing demand to ensure gas supplies more secure, reliable andconvenient.This paper surveys the development of the domestic and foreign gas companies,compares the differences in them, and finds out the insufficient in our gas supplies.Then it sums up a development direction of the gas supplies. Accordance with thedetermined goals, it integrates the existing infrastructure to construct a framework andkey technologies of city intelligent gas network.Then the paper made a thorough research on the operating and dispatching. Theoperating and dispatching is a core part of the smart gas network. And intelligentoperating and dispatching can achieve automatic optimization, automatic diagnosis,automatic alarm and automatic recovery. This paper combines SCADA system andGIS system which have been used generally by some gas companies with otherauxiliary systems to constitute an integrated dispatching platform. It can avoid thephenomenon, which the information between the systems cannot share.Next, the paper devotes the decision support system to the intelligent dispatchingsystem. Through the use of its own decision-making mechanism, the system cananalyze real-time operation state, diagnose the type of fault and optimize operating. Itis useful to provide better decision support for enterprise dispatching and operating.Finally, it takes multiple gas sources supplies for example to calculate theoptimal dispatching solution. Establishing a mathematical model with the minimumannual total cost as the objective function, and accordance with the obtained gastransmission volume of each kind of gas source, it obtained an optimal gastransmission plan, and analyzed the factors on selecting which gas source. |
