Public transit dispatch is public transpit enterprise's core content,which play a decisive role in improving the quality of public transit service and strengthen public transit attraction. But our country's current public transit dispatch mostly depends on manual operation, which result to the blindness and lag of decisions. So exploring urban publictransport optimizing dispatch management ways has practical meanings.First, after introducing relevant content of public transit dispatch system, the paper analyses the current situation of our country's public transit dispatch system and summes up the problem in the traditional scheduling. After that, the paper provides the conception of intelligent public transit system in our country, combining with the feature of our country's public transit enterprises operation and using for reference of advanced experience.As following, the paper targets on optimizing the vehicle scheduling model which is to decide the interval of the bus traveling to discuss the issue of static scheduling. First the paper analyzes the factors which influence the interval of the bus traveling and then presents the way on how to get the related real-time information and how to forecast some short-term ftraffic flow. Finally the paper sets up the mathematical model which concerns both passengers and enterprises of public transport benefit and chooses the GA-SA annealing algorithm to solve the problem.As far as dynamic dispatching, the paper proposes to devise an expert system, after introducing the dynamic dispatching system based on GPS technology. Then the realized method of public transportation vehicles is studied, and dynamic dispatching is come true by applying expert system and combining GPS with dynamic dispatching strategy.
