Construction industry has always been a pillar industry in China's national economy.The quality of construction projects is an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of construction enterprises.How to save costs under the premise of ensuring quality has been a problem for construction enterprises.In recent years,China's construction enterprises have gradually recognized the key role of quality cost in business development,and gradually take the quality cost management level as a strong driving force for enterprises to achieve high-quality development and low-cost operation,create social value with excellent quality and in place service,and then consolidate and strengthen their own influence in the increasingly competitive construction market.However,the quality problems of construction enterprises in China still occur frequently in the production process,and the rework and repair caused by quality problems are common.Six Sigma quality cost management theory can optimize the process of quality cost management and improve the level of quality cost management.The scientific statistical methods and data processing analysis tools of Six Sigma theory help enterprises to improve quality cost management,screen and eliminate those cost loss sources that bring quality cost loss to enterprises,and tighten the time and main energy of cost control activities.The main work of this paper is as follows: first of all,starting from the basic concept of quality cost management in construction enterprises,combing the literature of quality cost management at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzing the relationship between quality cost and quality cost in construction enterprises;through discussing and analyzing that the biggest cost loss source of quality cost in construction enterprises is hidden quality cost,and quality problems cause hidden quality cost Ben generated.Secondly,through the establishment of the quantitative model of implicit quality cost,combined with the situation of e enterprise,the paper analyzes the key factors and causes of formation of implicit quality cost.Thirdly,the advanced six sigmamanagement method is used to improve the quality cost management system of e-enterprise by proposing,analyzing and solving problems.The final quality cost management improvement scheme is determined by SIPOC analysis,key factor analysis,cause and effect matrix,fishbone diagram analysis,pick diagram scheme comparison and comparative analysis,so as to enable e-enterprise to carry out effectively Quality cost management activities,and put forward a series of tailor-made management measures.Finally,the practice shows that e enterprise has made a breakthrough in quality cost management.At the end of the paper,some conclusions are drawn from the experience of applying Six Sigma quality cost management method in e enterprise.The research of this paper has a certain practical significance for e enterprises to carry out quality cost management,and hope to provide some reference for other enterprises of the same type in quality cost management.
