Study On Grain Logistics Rail Resource Integration Problem In China Northeast Economic Area

Over many years of development, the Northeast Economic Zone has become an important commodity grain base of our country, which is an main force to ensure food security. The main mode of grain transport in Northeast is rail transport and sea transport. Because rail transport has many advantages, like low cost and convenient transportation, it undertakes more than half of the business. In recent years, with the grain production increased year by year, the railway resources unused reasonable has caused grain logistics contradiction increasingly day by day. Now the existing railway logistics unable to meet the requirements of the grain logistics development, which severely restricted the development of the grain industry of the Northeast Economic Zone. So accelerate the integration of the railway resources for grain logistics is an important way to promote the development of the Northeast Economic Zone. Through upgrading the railway logistics capabilities, enhancing the utilization of railway resources can improve the satisfaction rate. It can increase grain logistics efficiency while reducing the cost of grain logistics.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to study on integration railway resources of grain logistics in China Northeast Economic Area. The thesis is divided into forth parts altogether. First part have introduced grain logistics, integration of logistics resources and railway integration of resources, have established the theoretical of foundation for the further describe of this thesis. The second part have analyzed about the necessity that integration railway resources of grain logistics in China Northeast Economic Area. At first this paper analyses demanding status of grain logistics, and on this basis, it uses methods of gray analysis to predict the grain logistics demand of northeastern region, then analysis the motivation of railway resources integration. The third part proposed the framework models and methods of integration railway resources of grain logistics4PL in China Northeast Economic Area. At last, through analyzing and studying deeply comprehensive evaluation method and several other evaluation methods. Finally it uses the method of multiple fuzzy recognition to evaluate the effete of integration.
