This work studies and designs a kind of automatic control instrument of adding liquid sample. In medical analysis and reagent configuration facets, the instrument can achieve the aims for automatic control functions of separating liquid, diluting and titration. At present it is difficult for the tradition metric equipment to adapt the modernization mass production techniques, especially in the measurement of the nocuous liquid and the adjustment under dangerous environment. The traditional device has more problems, so it is very necessary to develop the system design for instrument to automatic control of adding fluid sample, so that realize the auto-control, real time monitoring, and precise modulation.The system uses the single-chip microcomputer technique, P89V51 chip is used as control kernel, various anti-disturb measures are considered, and automatic adding liquid control system is developed. The development of the control system is mainly composed of the design of mechanically-parts and hardware and software of the circuit. Mechanical part design aims to mainly determine the equipment dimensions, reducing the equipment vibration; P89V51 is adopted as main CMOS chip in the hardware of circuit, using serial ports communication, through the PC interactive interface send commands to the microcontroller so that it can control the stepping motor precise movement. C language is adopted in software, because it has the advantageous modularization programmed technology. The new program can be planted easily and the time of programmed and the adjustment of the process can be cut down remarkably.The contents of this dissertation include the following:(1) By in-depth research domestic and foreign analytical instruments, the sum of its advantage and disadvantages, based on the analytical instrument development trend, proposed the automatic adding sample system to replace the traditional manual operation, improving the accuracy and efficiency of the traditional dilution, titration and other operation with liquid.(2) Requirements for automatic adding sample system for operation with liquid on the accuracy and efficiency, designs the spare parts of automatic liquid sampling instrument and its assembly drawings. Including the following five modules: syringe module, handle button module, panel button module, circuit board support module and the carton module.(3) Completed the hardware design of the automatic adding sample instrument, including the MCU board using of the P89V51RD2 MCU processing data and developed for USB to serial module using of PL2303HXA chip, former major complete PC control of the lower machine, the latter mainly completed the normal communication between PC and the MCU board.(4) Designed the software of the automatic adding sample instrument, including the serial communication protocol, task decomposition and interface dialog programming.(5) Completed calibration experiment of the automatic instrument for adding liquid sample.
