In the paper, key parts of the forage harvesters conveyor belt of analysis、cutter、dividerwere simulated and studied by using the combination method of some computer Simulationsoftwares such as Solidworks Simulation、CAD and Pro/E. The simulation analysis of the toothwith dial conveying system、tooth blade cutting blades and forage points for grain are providedsupport for further study and improvement of the combine harvester overall performance.Hanging side laying vertical table is used in the structure of multi-function walking type forageharvesters mountain, divider is adopted the longitudinal tooth blade with disc type, Cutter isadopted efficient toothed chain, Cutter active wheel and conveyor belt wheel drive in activecoaxial. And for Transportation organizations, two unique conveyor belts with dial tooth wereused.The study was mainly carried on in the following aspects:(1) Simulations and analysis of conveyor belt dial tooth of the forage harvesters were donethrough Solidworks Simulation of the finite element Simulation analysis software. Result showsthat: strength of strength of soldering point of dial tooth was met the requirements in high speed,and simulation analysis results for displacement, strain, stress, fatigue and damage of the dialtooth conformed with the requirements of the machine.(2) Simulations and analysis for cutting knife of the grass harvest machine were done bySolidworks Simulation. The result shows that: the technique parameters of serrated blade couldmeet technical requirement of the lawn mower. Maximum displacement, maximum strain andthe biggest vibration frequency were2.575e (mm),3.079e-003and1.919252e+004(mm)respectively. the minimum safety coefficient was1.686556e. The result was consistented withthat of simulation test.(3) Simulations and analysis of the divider of forage harvester were done through theSolidworks Simulation. Result shows that: the frequencies of divider before and after harvestwere1.514e+003(Hz) and1.430e+003(Hz) when the harvest was working in high-speed. Thegreatest stress, maximum strain and maximum displacement were228490896.0(N/m2),7.249e-004and2.866e(mm) respectively. And all the above parameters were good in technicalperformance.(4) Finally, the strength of transmission system in multi-function walking forageharvesters was checked. And some problems in the field test were discovered and solved.Through orthogonal test shows that: Strength of propeller shaft could meet the requirements ofdesign. Filed harvest test reached the expected effect, and provided a reliable foundation forimprovement and innovation of machines.
