This paper aimed the issues of poor delivery cutter transport nodes easy to plug,peel the leaf nodes of power shortage existing physical prototype,studied the feature or the logistics conveying system of small whole stalk sugarcane harvester which to the target of harvesting effect,it based on prior theoretical study of research group and virtual prototyping technology.The first,this paper combined the expertise in logistics engineering,inventive proposed the concept of "sugarcane flow",the static and dynamic model which included mass and volume sugarcane flow.The second,it launched model simulation based on ADAMS software,and found out the key factors affecting the transport speed and harvesting effects by simulation of trajectory sugarcane on the logistics conveying system and the forces on the conveying mechanism nodes.The third,the author carried out the actual harvest test by the approach of multi-factor and multi-level on the physical prototype,used high-speed cameras and other means to obtain the conveying speed regression equation based on the experimental data,then by modulating the conveying speed,to obtain how much sugarcane flow under the different speed combination,compared the sugarcane flow amount between theoretical and practical,it verified the reliability of the model and the authenticity of simulation.The fourth,the author found out the optimal speed combination of forward and conveying by analysis of the test data,then established harvest effect prediction model using the LS-SVM algorithm in Matlab through the accumulated data by our team,it obtained the relationship between the harvest effect,forward speed and conveying speed under different working conditions.The fifth,the paper combined with the previous section on the characteristic of logistics delivery system research,to provides a more realistic theoretical basis for the design of the machine which the parameters required of length of the spiral cut sugarcane node,driver size of transport node and channel width of stripping leaf node.
