The Exploration For Treating The Cat Acute Renal Failure Which Caused By Lower Urinary Tract Block With Peritoneal Dialysis Method

The cat acute renal failure is very common in clinic. Because the cat’s urinary tract isvery narrow, particulate matters like calculus and crystal always make the urinary tractblock and lead to acute renal failure further. At present, there is very little research aboutthe substitution short for the cat acute renal failure. The experiment successfully createsthe acute renal failure mode l via ligating bilateral ureters to imitate the acute urinary tractblock in clinic and it adopts continuing dialysis treatment, compares the experimentalresult to the results of the model group and the control group. The experiment result showsthat the peritoneal dialysis can ameliorate the clinical symptom of the cat renal failure.Every biochemical indicator is better than the mode l group obviously. At the same time,the experiment shows that the peritoneal dialysis cannot be substituted for renal functionand the clinical symptom and biochemical indicators of the control group are better thanthe peritoneal dialysis group obviously.
