High-powered tractor is our country modern agricultural mechanizationdevelopment direction. However, because high-horsepower tractor in our country isrelatively backward, it meets the needs of power requirements of modern agriculturalproduction, meanwhile it also brings issues of emissions etc, high energy consumptionand high amount of fuel. in order to display the biggest benefit of high-poweredtractors, improve their economy and productivity, achieve low consumption,highproduction efficiency and long life, it is necessary to study their high-powered tractorsand farm machinery performance, and unit matching characteristics.In traditional meaning,the research on implement match adopts test prototype totest in field,which costs a big amount of material resources and manpower,and it alsoneeds long research time.This paper presents a new method,takes a high-poweredtillage units as an example,aims at the lift speed ratio,establishes parameters matchingsystem of hanging mechanism,provides a handy and practically useful reference to theshorten the selection cycle of implement match and enhance its utility.Based on the design criterion of a tractor linkage device,it develops amathematical model for parameters optimization design of a four–bar linkagemechanism. Through the kinematic analysis of suspension in the longitudinal verticalplane of tractor, the lift velocity ratio uniformity of the suspension axis taken as theobjective function of the model, the mathematical model of suspension is established.Institutions to improve the suspension provides a theoretical basis to improveperformance.Knowledge engineering module in CATIA is used for information extraction ofmathematical model of suspension, the parametric model of suspension is established,the suspension parameterization is achieved.Based on these studies, large four-wheel tractor DFH-1804made by YTO Group Corporation is used as a reference, three-dimensional solid model of suspension isestablished by three-dimensional design software CATIA, and virtual assembling ismade.Finally, Secondary development of CATIA is applied using VB high-levelprogramming language through API application programming interface, humanInterface is established, parameters matching system of suspension is set up.In this paper, static analysis method of unit matching is applied, mathematicalmodel of suspension is established, parametric model of suspension is established onthe basis of CATIA, parameters matching system of suspension is set up using VB asdevelopment tools, it provides the theoretical foundation for high-horsepower unitmatching.
