At present,there existed some questions in potato sowing work,for example,the tractor and the four rows potato seeder had bad performance matching,the performance of tractor had not fully displayed.In order to give full play to the potential of the tractor and planting operations to improve efficiency,this paper is based on matching of2CMG-4-type potato sowing and pipe-laying machine and tractor LOVOL TD824,then conducted the experiment in field.Telemetry field testing kinetic parameters of field machinery and tractor seeding during the operation of the mechanical data were collected.On this basis,derived using data processing software Matlab traction and lift force changes in the working process,obtained traction,lifting force,the slip rate,the size of the traction power and operating efficiency.And to draw2CMG-4potato sowing machine shop with90or100horsepower tractor match between optimal matching.This article also pointed out that ditching the resistance of potato sowing machine shop existing opener, orthopedic devices and the lack of laying device,and put forward specific improvement program.
