The fermented feed is a microbial feed, to promote digestion and absorption ofnutrients, to promote animal growth, defense against pathogens invasion, to stimulatethe immune organs mature, to adjust the material metabolism, to degradation of thetoxins may be present in the feed ingredientsrole. In addition, it can improve thequality ang reduce cholesterol levels in the quail eggs.In order to explore the effect of fermented feed on the quail egg,250yellowfeather quails,9-week-old, were selected and were divided into five grouprandomly, were randomly divided into five groups, each group of five replicates. Incontrol group quails were fed the basal diet the basal diet, I and test II and test III, IVtrial were fed natural fermented all feed, adding lactic acid bacteria fermented allfeed, natural fermented grain feed and adding lactic acid bacteria fermented grain feedexperimental period included8days of adaptation period and32days samplescollection period, researching fermented feed on the egg of quail productionperformance, egg quality, intestinal microflora, egg yolk cholesterol content, in orderto evaluate the effect of fermented feed fed eggs quail provide a scientific basis.Studies have shown that early in the trial, four test groups in the test group II ofthe total egg weight significantly increased (p <0.05) than the control group,The otherthree groups the difference was not significant. In the test late, production rate in thefour experimental groups all significantly improved (p<0.05). the group II and thegroup IV materials eggs decreased by12.42%, the difference was significant (p<0.01),test group I and the experimental group III material egg ratio decreased by8.21%, asignificant difference (p<0.05). Application of fermented feed fed quail improved eggweight and improve egg quality trends.Studies have shown that the four test and the group II of quail eggs, egg shapeindex, shell thickness and Haugh unit were not significantly change (p>0.05), thegroup II, the group IV egg weight, shell weight, yolk weight higher than that in thecontrol group, significant differences (p<0.05), the group I, the group III egg weight, shell weight, yolk weight is slightly higher than the control group, the difference wasnot significant (p>0.05).Studies have shown that the cholesterol content of the test group I, group II thanin the control group was not changed significantly (p>0.05). Cholesterol in theexperimental group III significantly reduced (p<0.05) than the control group, experimental group I and group II, The experimental group IV group (p<0.01) lowerthan the control group. Quail fed with fermented feed, egg yolk cholesterol contentdecreasing.Studies have shown that the test group I and group III coli test group than thecontrol group was significantly lower (p<0.05),test group II, the test group IV of colithan the control group very significantly lower (p<0.01), test group I, the test group IIIquail intestinal lactobacilli, bifidobacteria than the number of the control groupincreased (p <0.05), the test group II, the test group IV lactobacilli, bifidobacteria thanthe number of the control group increased significantly (p<0.01). Feeding fermentedfeed can significantly reduce the number of harmful bacteria in the intestine, conducive to bacteria growth and reproduction, There be increasing the productionperformance of animals.
