Rice, of which planting area, yield per unit and total yield rank the higheston the list, is the main food crops in China. The mechanization of rice cansignificantly improve the yield of rice, and can effectively save labor.In China the mechanization of rice cultivation level is very low, it seriouslyrestricted the development of rice cultivation. Although in recent years themechanization of rice cultivation level has significant growth, but relatively thanJapan, Korea and other developed countries, still lag far behind. Especially in themechanization of rice cultivation, there is still along to go. As the most importantfood crops of our country, its development foreground huge mechanized. Thereforeit is very important and significant to design the new type rice transplanter andresearch the theory.The traditional rice transplanter and modern high-speed transplanter have theirown advantages and disadvantages, the existing models has not appeared yet tobe able to absorb the advantages of both the good and discard the drawback.Therefore, this paper take transplanter as the target, based on lots of correlativelecture reading and theoretical research, trying to design a new type of transplanter,which can be able to satisfy the design requirements,. The main research resultsand conclusions are arranged as follows:(1) Study the situation of rice transplanter in dometics and abroad,the paperdiscusses the track and structure requirements of mechanization of riceplanting;Analyzes the characteristic of the track and structure of transplanter thatexisted, and make conclusion and summary, take the essence and discard the dregs,set out the design goal.(2) Put forward two kinds of design scheme, a new type of the crank rockertransplanter and electricity-powered transplanter, analysis them respectively and sumup the advantages and disadvantages of the structures. Refer to the design goal,take new type of crank rocker transplanter for further research of the trajectory.(3)Take the new type of crank rocker tranplanter as the research object, usingthe analytical method to establish the mathematical model, establish mathematical model of the arms respectively in static coordinate system and moving coordinatessystem, studies the track, prove its track can meet the design goal.(4)Based on mathematical model, design the virtual prototype model, and usemultibody dynamics simulation software for further analysis. The conclusions showthat t kinematics characteristic at the rice seedlings point and taking seedlings pointis reasonable, which can meet the design requirements.(5)Draw part drawings and then manufacture physical prototype. Analysis thetrack and make a comparison with simulation track, which can prove that the designmeet the design goal.
