Transplanting mechanism is core part of transplanting mechanism,and parametersoptimization of transplanting mechanism is the key to improving quality of transplanting andwork efficiency.Because of complex structure,numerous target requirements, optimizationmodel with multiobjective,optimization objective with coupling,nonlinear,fuzziness,it’s difficultto find optimal solution with traditional optimization method.Satisfactory optimization is aperfect method to solve optimization problem of transplanting mechanism,which based onsatisfaction degree theory.Satisfactory optimization is search of satisfactory solution dependingon the situation instead of optimal solution.It’s easy to get satisfactory parameters oftransplanting mechanism.In this paper, satisfactory optimization of transplanting mechanism is studied bytransplanting mechanism with non straight line order of planetary elliptic gears as researchobject.Specific research methods and results are shown as follows:1)Kinematic and dynamic analysis of transplanting mechanism with non straight line orderof planetary elliptic gears are studied.The mathematical model of mechanism is established.2)Optimization model of transplanting mechanism is established by model and designrequirements of transplanting mechanism.On the basis of optimization model, satisfaction degreeof transplanting mechanism is defined.By using comprehensive evaluation, satisfaction degree oftransplanting mechanism is quantized.3)Sample’s satisfaction degree is got by comprehensive evaluation,and using MATLAB,BPnetwork is trained,than desirability function of transplanting mechanism is builded. In thisway,quantitative evaluation of transplanting mechanism by computer is realized.4)For the optimization goal of satisfaction degree of kinematic and dynamic,using geneticalgorithm with elitism preservation,a group optimum parameter of transplanting mechanism isgot as following: a=21.6501mm, k=0.987101,α0=55.3864°,δ0=28.8596°, ψ0=25.003°,S=169.062mm, H=130mm,W1=200r/min.In this optimum parameters, satisfaction degree is94.1092,and transplanting mechanism with non straight line order of planetary elliptic gears hasgood performance of kinematics and dynamics.5)According optimizing result,structure of transplanting mechanism with non straight lineorder of planetary elliptic gears is designed.The3D CAD model of transplanting mechanism isbuilded with UG,and then Dynamic simulation analysis is completed in ADAMS.The mathematical model of transplanting mechanism and optimization method are correct bycomparing simulation results of ADAMS and theoretical calculations of software.6)An optimization software of transplanting mechanism is developed.This software includesabsolute and counter moving track of seedling needle,evaluation of kinematics and dynamics,sa-tisfaction degree of transplanting mechanism,satisfactory optimization and so on,which hasfriendly interface.It’s convenient for designers to optimize the structural parameters of transplant-ting mechanism. It’s a shoot optimization software of transplanting mechanism,which greatlyreduces the expertise required of designers and users. Satisfactory optimization software oftransplanting mechanism has great significance to promotion and application of rotarytransplanting mechanism.
