The tribe Fiorinii belongs to Hemiptera, Coccoidea, Diaspididae, most of which feed onagricultural and forestry plants. For most species of Fiorinii small in body, and coved by theirlager sclerotized second exuvium and secretion, it’s difficult to distinguish species from theothers and recognize instars. Therefore, studying on Fioriniini has important economicsignificance. In this thesis, the research history is reviewed both worldwide and in China. Theirmorphological character, materials and methods and geographical distribution are introducedin this research. The geographic distribution of Fioriniini shows most species present onOriental, Pandanaceae and Australian realms in World animal geographical divisions, especial inOriental realm. The Oriental species of Fioriniini are dominant in China, of which four generaare endemic genera. In the present paper,3genera and16species are descrbed, of which3are new to science.Keys to all genera and species are provided. The adult female of some species are illustrated. At the end of this paper, checklist of Fioriniini from world, scientific name and Chinese nameare given.New species:Fiorinia aeronychiae sp. nov.Fiorinia nanningensis sp. nov.Fiorinia tianshuiensis sp. nov.。The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Entomological Museum,Northwest A&F University, Yangling, Shaanxi, China (NWAFU).
