Vitis davidii is one of the major wild grape varieties of southern China Its nursery depends mainly on the cuttings’Restrict factors of Vitis davidii is survival rate low of cutting’This paper systematically studied the Propagation by Cuttings and garden applications of Vitis davidii So as to provide a scientific basis for the promotion and further study of the Vitis davidii’The main results are as follows’1Hardwood cuttings:We use different types and concentrations of growth hormone deal with Vitis cuttings Indicators of Rooting were improved to some extent compared with the CK Comprehensive comparison found that the NAA be most propitious to hard branch cuttings rooting of Vitis’There were no significant differences between average root diameter of cuttings and the most coarse root diameter with various concentrations NAA’The number of average roots and root effects were significantly different Callus induction rate and rooting rate were significant difference’The results showed that rooting cuttings is the best by200mg/kg of NAA treatment Vitis davidii’Although rooting index is no significant difference between the different cutting length of the handle’But to judge according to our statistics The rooting rate and root effects index’Vitis two-bud cuttings rooting quality is better than a single bud and three bud cuttings’Different matrix processing have a significant effect on the cuttings callus induction rate’But other indicators was no significant influence In general, sand+Longkang ash is optimal rooting matrix in three kinds of experiments matrix’There was no significant difference between hardwood cuttings the rooting index However, we found that cutting the indicators after coated are better than non-coated cuttings’The rooting parameters are significantly better than not of root cuttings after processing of root cuttings’ Comprehensive analysis of the indicators and the factors In the case of a large area of the cuttings’Black film is more cost-effective’It can greatly reduce the cost of cutting the late management2Burgeon cuttage:There is no significant difference between the average number of root cuttings, average root diameter of the quickset during the processing by dealing with different concentrations of NAA of the quickset,the same result to the root effect index’However, the callus inductivity, the rootage and the diameter of the thickest roots marked significantly, while the callus inductivity and rootage marked best The comprehensive analysis indicated that200mg/kg’By the processing of NAA, the quickset’s rootage of the davidii Foex’s effect bestThere is no signifcant difference between the average number of root cuttings, average root diameter of the quickset roots, and the root system index during the processing by dealing with different concentrations of the quickset’However, the callus inductivity and rootage marked significantlyThe rooting ratio of the seconed section and the third section is better than the first quickset’But, the third quickset is too length, with a lower usage of the material, the decend of breed index, therefore, it’s better to choose two quickset to cuttage of the davidii FoexThe callus inductivity, the rootage is85&and7667%separately by dealing with rice husk ash in the processing of cuttage of davidii Foex through selecting different base material, which is higher than river sand and perlite The results show that, rice husk ash effect is good, the second is river sand, the worst is perlite’The data analysis of different field processing indicates that,the rootage gets the best with sunshade net by75%of the area, the following is50%,and90%...
