Technic Study On Forestry Management With Ecological Laborsaving

Forest management is the basis of each foresty work. With the development of society and economy,people pay more attention on the ecological environment. The final purpose of forest management nolonger simply pursuit the quantity and quality of wood, but more to pursue the ecological function of forest.This study proposed a concept of forest management with ecological and laborsaving. It could reduceartificial investment for forest management and rapid recovery of forest vegetation in the ecologicalrestriction environment by using the natural soil fertility and natural derivative ability, So far, the programhad investigated and studied to the forest management technique for the different forest land, summarizingthe corresponding management models and constructing the demonstration forest. The major results wereas follows:Through renewal technic study on fir plantation cutting blank with ecological laborsaving type.Renewal patterns of fir plantation cutting blank were put forward as fir sprouts replaced by needle trees, firsprouts replaced by broad leaved trees,fir sprouts alternated by bamboos.After renewal annual stockpilegrowth can be reached4.790m~3/hm~2per unit,production cost can be saved by6930－9225yuan/hm~2，labour day saved40～50day/hm~2. Woodland degeneration and loss of water and soil erosion wereprevented,various species were protected.Through study on manual accelerating renewal of broad leaved cutting blank, pattern of mountainpass close to promote broad leaved trees was put forward,The growth rate are equal with pure fir stand,93labour days/hm2were saved,cost of10845yuan/hm2were saved, which can be used to build ecologicalcommonweal plantation and forestry base for mushroom materials.Through manual accelerating natural renewal technic study on fire slash, Three types of fire slashrenewal pattern were put forward,severe fire slash was used with manual renewal,middle fire slash wasused with manual accelerating natural renewal. Light fire slash was renewed naturally. Manual acceleratingrenewed Chinese red pine can reach4.93cm of breast height in10years in the barren middle fireslash.Vegetation can be recovered naturally, Species diversity got protected,production cost can be savedby2250～8550yuan/hm~2.
