Research On Risk Management Of Forestry Ecological Environment Protection Information Project

Management of informatization project is a systematic engineering.There are many measures to be applied to control and manage different influence factors of informatization project,especially the risk management.So without risk management on informatization project is the greatest adventure.In the construction process of forestry informatization projects,risk management throughs all stage.But in the research of risk management on forestry informatization project,it lacks of scientific quantitative and systematic evaluation.Risk mangement on forestry informatization research has not yet formed a complete set of system.The paper takes the project of informatization on forestry ecology environment for example to research,with theory of risk management,in accordance with risk identification,risk quantification,risk analysis and risk monitoring.After identification risk factors by brainstorming method,it divides risk of project of informatization on forestry ecology environment into five kinds,policy risk,technical risk,management risk,social risk and economic risk.And it obtains occurrence probability and impact degree of various risk factors by expert scoring method.Calculated by hierarchy analysis method,the result shows the project in moderate to severe level,and policy,system design,regional development level,and department collaboration are import influence factors.With the theory of risk management and characteristics of forestry informatization,the paper proposes advises to avoid political risk and economic risk,proposes methods to eliminate technical risk and management risk,proposes measures to mitigation social risk.Forestry informatization is an important part of construction and development of forestry.But risk study on forestry informatization is still in the initial stage.The paper first researches the risk on forestry informatization project,in accordance with risk identification,quantification,analysis and monitoring.It aims at improving response ability to risk on project,and providing reference for other forestry informatization projects.
