Study On Pinus Takahasii Ectomycorrhizal Community Structure

This study is on Pinus takahasii outside health bacteria root of macro and micro-structure features for observation and description, which including bacteria root color, and min branch shape, and bacteria sets structure, and extension mycelium type, and bacteria cable, and Hattie’s network and SAC shaped body, features, using molecular biology method identification out total identification out13branch16is of21a different type of outside health bacteria root bacteria, analysis outside health bacteria root bacteria community of Relative abundance,Richness, Evenness, Shannon-Wiener,Simpson. At the same time this article extracted from different DNA of Tricholoma Matsutake fruitbodies, Tricholoma matsutake by ITS-PCR comparison of the rDNA, study of tricholoma Matsutake from different genetic diversity.Research results show that6samples of ITS sequence is divided into two main groups, Jidong, Wangqing, Dongjingcheng, Dongning as the sequence is similar to a group, Muling, and Hailin is assigned to another group. ITS sequence variation were very smaller and similarity higher. Meanwhile, there are some differences between multiple sites, including transitions, transversions and deletions.Through these studies can further understand characteristics of Pinus takahasii ectomycorrhiza community structure, basic understanding of ectomycorrhiza fungi resources in Pinus takahasii, Pinus takahasii classification and identification of ectomycorrhiza resource database and lay the foundation of the theory of matter and, also artificial domestication of Tricholoma Matsutake and tricholoma technology based on protection and recovery.
