| The aim of this trial is to study the effects of wheat gluten enzyme hydrolysate(WGEH)on the performance, diarrhea,nutrient digestibility,the serum biochemicalindex, immunity and intestine development of weaning piglets.108crossbred Duroc×Landrace×Largewhite weanling piglets with body weight8.08±0.36kg wererandomly allocated to4treatments, each treatment has3replicates and each replicatehas9piglets. The treatment1,2,3and4were respectively fed basal diet (controlgroup), plasma protein diet,1.5%and3%WGEH diet. The results showed that:(1)Comparing with treatment1,2and4, ADG of1.5%WGEH treatments increased by25.6%,14.6%and21.7%(P<0.05) respectively in0-10d, and enhanced by5.2%,8.3%and15.1%(P<0.05) in0-21d. The FCR of1.5%of WGEH treatment werelower13.9%,5.4%and6.7%(P <0.05) than treatment1,2and4respectively in0-21d;(2) In0-21d, the diarrhea of1.5%WGEH was the lowest, reduced by38.6%and38.6%(P<0.05) respectively than treatment1and2.(3) The energy digestibilityof treatment2,3and4were5.1%,5.2%and3.9%higher (P <0.05) respectively thanthe control group. The crude protein digestibility of1.5%WGEH treatment were10.9%and5.6%higher (P<0.05) respectively than control group and plasma proteingroup. The calcium digestibility of1.5%WGEH treatment were10.3%,8.2%and7.8%higher (P <0.05) respectively than treatment1,2and4.(4) The total protein andglobulin in serum of1.5%WGEH diet group were higher than the other3groups, butthe differences were not significant;(5) At the21stday of weaning, serum GSH-PXand SOD activity of WGEH diet groups were significantly higher than that of controlgroup and plasma protein group; The crude protein digestibility of1.5%WGEHgroup were10.9%and5.6%higher (P<0.05) respectively than control group andplasma protein group.(6) Serum T3Content of control group and plasma proteingroup were12.4%and12.1%higher than3%WGEH group respectively at the21stday of weaning, while serum IGF-1content of plasma protein group was significantlyhigher than the other3groups;(7) Serum lgA of1.5%WGEH group was significantlyhigher than the other3groups in the10thday of weaning;(8) In21stday of weaning,duodenum villus height of1.5%WGEH group was the highest,29.0%and21.4%(P<0.05) higher respectively than group1and2, but the crypt depth of1.5%WGEHgroup was5.4%and6.7%(P <0.05) lower than group1and2respectively.The conclusion is that the1.5%WGEH diet has the best results. |
