Ecological adaptability of the flue-cured tobacco varieties, become a necessary stage of mass production of flue-cured tobacco introduction experiment more and more attention. The research about ecological adaptability of new varieties of Changdei in different altitude smoke District have not been reported. In this paper, the five new varieties of tobacco adaptability in the Changde different elevation tobacco area, physical characteristics and tobacco sensory quality assessment survey of the field trials on the three altitude of flue-cured varieties of tobacco agronomic status quo, the economic traits were compared and analyzed, Its main findings are as follows:1.Comparative analysis of different altitudes agronomic status and physical characteristics of the different varieties of flue-cured tobacco of tobacco plants after transplanting tobacco area of the three elevation30days,45days,60days and80days, several growth and agronomic traits during the dynamic observation of records and test analysis showed that:700m Altitude tobacco area of flue-cured tobacco varieties As the altitude increased much more by plant height, leaf number, pitch, stem circumference, maximum leaf length, leaf width, leaf area showed the greatest difference, performance, followed by550m altitude tobacco area,300m altitude tobacco area is relatively the most poor. Agronomic status of each species as follows:dynamic smoke No-4, clouds97in the whole growth period, most of the agronomic traits index was stronger with the control of K326, but the clouds97far better than the chips in smoke No-4, and smoke No-201, smoke XiangNo-3individual traits are superior to the control of K326.While the equilibrium moisture content through different altitudes smoke test species in the tobacco stem ratio, leaf weight analysis of the physical characteristics of these five species in the Changde three altitude overall performance of the clouds97> smoke No-4> smoke K326> Xiang smoke No-3> Tobacco201.2.Comparative analysis of different altitudes, different varieties in different parts of the flue-cured tobacco leaf chemical composition:from three different altitudes in the tobacco area total sugar, reducing sugar content, nicotine content, total nitrogen, chlorine content, potassium content and the alkali of the quality indicators of sugar, nitrogen base ratio, the ratio of potassium chlorine, the two sugar difference all aspects of a comparative analysis of the obtained with the altitude rise in total sugar content, sugar content, nicotine content, total nitrogen, chlorine content, potassium content showed smoke District:700m than550m tobacco area is higher than300m smoke District. To sum up these consequences,it be thought that the five flue-cured tobacco varieties in the performance of the three elevation clouds97> smoke No-4> Xiang smoke No-3> smoke K326> Tobacco201.4. Comparative analysis of the five flue-cured tobacco varieties of Changde different altitudes smoke economic traits in the performance, inferred at different altitudes affect the degree of flue-cured tobacco varieties economic traits are for700m>550m>300m, the formation of the law of increasing from low to high. Five varieties in flue-cured tobacco smoke in three different zones show that exist in the yield and value differences, mainly for clouds97> smoke No-4> xiang smoke No-3> Tobacco201> K326(CK)The research of new varieties of tobacco in Changde at different altitudes in the tobacco area ecological adaptability of the performance show that the700m tobacco area is best,550ml tobacco area is second, and the300m smoke District is bad. For five flue-cured tobacco of ecological adaptabilities, followed stronger to weak by clouds97, smoke No-4, Tobacco201, smoke K326, Xiang smoke No-3. Changde is one of Hunan important quality flue-cured tobacco-producing areas, while the choice of quality varieties also need to consider these high-quality flue-cured tobacco varieties in the introduction to the ecological adaptation. So according to the research from the final five varieties were chosen in clouds97and smoke No-4for ecological adaptability strong flue-cured tobacco varieties, and the hope for local tobacco quality and efficient development and regional plant planning with reference opinions and to determine the local cultivars to provide a reference for quality and efficient development of the local tobacco.
