Objective:To study the effect of inorganic element and different fertilizer on Lonicerae Japonicae, try to provide basic foundation and information for increasing the quality and production of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and researching special fertilizer of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. Methods:The method for determination of soil PH is potentiometry, the method for determination of soil organic matter is dichromate titration, the method for determination of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen is Kjeldahl determination, the method for determination of soil available phosphorous is Mo-Sb colorimeter, the method for determination of soil available potassium is flame photometry, the method for determination of soil exchangeable calcium and magnesium is atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the method for determination of soil Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu is ICP, the method for determination of soil available boron is azomethine-H colorimetric method, the method for determination of soil available molybdenum is polarography, the method for determination of soil available sulphur is BaS04turbidimetry. The method for determination of chlorogenic acid, galuteolin and iridorid glucosides is HPLC. The statistical analysis of analytical data is adopted by SPSS17.0.The research methods referred to Soil sciences, botany and science of Chinese materia medica. We measured the contents of soil nutrient, inorganic element and effective constituent of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. It is analyzed by spss17.0that the soil nutrient status of the main producing area of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae of Shandong, the character of inorganic element of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and the correlation of inorganic element of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, and in vivo and soil elements. The influence of the five different fertilizers contained carbamide, calcium superphosphate, K2SO4, compound fertilizer and KH2P04on production, quality and N, P, K three kinds of elements in it’s body of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. Results:The soil of the main producing area of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae of Shandong is mostly acidic, lack of Organic matter, the soil available nitrogen, available Phosphorus overall lack of, and part of the region of extremely, rapidly-available potassium extremely lacking in most parts. It is rich in N, K, Ca, P, Mg, S six kinds of inorganic element in the body of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, and the correlation is significant of K of the body of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and the soil. And it is positive correlation of the contents of chlorogenic acid and K of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, but the contents of galuteolin and Mo of it is negative correlation. It is discovered in the study of five different fertilizers that the contents of the element of N, P, K is increasing along with the fertilization of N, P, K. The carbamide and compound fertilizer increase the weight of100buds and yield of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. It is little effect of five different fertilization on the contents of chlorogenic acid and iridorid glucosides of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, but the compound fertilizer reduced the galuteolin of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae. Conclusions:To improve the yield and quality of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, it is advised that increasing the fertilization of N, P, K. in practice. The study provide basic foundation and information for researching of special fertilizer of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.
